Tuesday:

Run, Push Press, Burpee Box Jumps for time.

Wednesday:

Ascending work with Pull Ups, DB Squat Cleans, and Rowing for time

Thursday:

Benchmark test “Grace”

Friday:

Rowing with a little raising

Saturday:
