Group Functional Fitness

Legends 55+

Our Legends program helps adults 55+ build strength, endurance, balance, and mobility in a safe, coached environment. Every workout is tailored for your ability, focused on functional movements, and built to keep you moving well for life-all while fostering a strong sense of community and connection.

Lady’s Bootcamp

Our Ladies’ Bootcamp blends strength and cardio in a high-energy, women-only setting. It’s approachable but challenging, helping you build confidence and fitness in an empowering environment where every win is celebrated.

BirthFit

Our BirthFit program supports new and expecting moms with safe, guided workouts designed for every stage of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Each class focuses on strength, mobility, and functional movement – all in a welcoming space where moms can connect, move, and feel confident.
