GROUP FITNESS – NOVEMBER 2025

Two more months in the year and then we are already looking at 2026, WILD! November will sort of be a continuation of the things we focused on in October, with a bit of an interrupt towards the end w/ Thanksgiving the week of 11/24. The first big focus is going to be Chad on 11/11. This is something we have done for the past few years and will continue to do in years to come. Grab a weight vest, a box, and your best workout buddies to grind this one out! The following week we will finish our strength cycle…talent show day will be Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday of that week so make sure you’ve been practicing. Once we finish this strength cycle we will still be doing strength movements, but they will be GPP, as we have done after all our cycles, for the remainder of the year. We will see different schemes, different movements, and we will still continue to build strength even if it’s not in a dedicated cycle!
Our extra credit will change a bit to highlight the Snatch and the Bar Muscle-Up. Expect drills and lifting sessions that can be taken advantage of to brush up on those skills. Note that the first week of the month will still have one day of Chad Prep and is meant to act as a deload. We will continue to focus on gymnastics volume/ exposure this month, similar to last month. This will mostly be seen in workouts although a strength/ skill session or two might sneak in during the weeks to come. Lastly, we will have TWO classic workouts this month: Nancy and Barbara. October got very busy and we missed getting Barbara programmed in so she will make her appearance in November along with Nancy! This will be a stuffed month so get ready and let’s get going!

LEGENDS – NOVEMBER 2025

Our Legends crew is closing out the year strong
This month’s programming keeps you moving well, building strength, and having fun — all while honoring the consistency that keeps us feeling our best. Every week brings something new: no repeat days, no boredom, just progress and connection.
Here’s what’s on deck this month:
- Upper Body Strength Days: We’ll work through our Landmine Press and Pull-up Progression, improving shoulder strength and control week by week.
- Lower Body Strength Days: Expect RDLs, single-leg work, and step-ups to keep those hips, glutes, and hamstrings firing strong.
- Functional Fitness Days: These are our sweat-and-smile sessions — circuits, DB complexes, and team-style workouts that keep you moving with purpose.
- Balance, Mobility & Agility Days: Focused sessions to help you stay stable, coordinated, and confident in everyday movement.
- Cardio Endurance Days: Varied cardio styles — from intervals to EMOMs — to build stamina and heart health.
Special Event – November 11: We’ll honor Veterans Day with the Chad WOD — 1,000 step-ups for time (with scaling options). This is a Legends tradition and an incredible community moment.
Thanksgiving week wraps with our “Thankful 20” functional circuit and a mobility-focused recovery day — the perfect balance before the holiday weekend.
So lace up, show up, and let’s finish November strong, steady, and social. Movement is medicine — and we’re #betterforit together. Below you’ll find the full month plan.

LADIES BOOTCAMP – NOVEMBER 2025
This month, we’re keeping things simple, effective, and spicy. Think quick burners, super set movements, and circuits that leave you sweaty but smiling. Every class is designed to build strength, confidence, and connection — because fitness shouldn’t feel like punishment, it should feel empowering.
What to Expect
Each week, we’ll alternate the focus between upper body, lower body and core work Designed to be 45-50 minutes and super effective
Every workout will blend strength and conditioning, with a focus on moving well, moving often, and having fun doing it.
We’re talking supersets — those back-to-back movements that make your muscles feel like they’re on fire (in the best way). And circuits that keep your heart rate up and your body guessing.
Think push-ups paired with renegade rows, squats mixed with jump variations, and core finishers that hit every angle — because strong abs start from stability, not just sit-ups.
Why This Style Works
Supersets and circuits are the perfect blend of strength + stamina. You’ll build lean muscle, torch calories, and keep your workouts short and effective — perfect for busy schedules, shorter daylight hours, and holiday chaos.
You don’t need hours in the gym. You just need intention, intensity, and consistency.
If you’re not a member of any of these programs yet, but they look interesting, book a free consultation HERE to talk about your goals and what type of group class might be the right choice for you!
